Who We Are

3-Bids was created to put the integrity back into home improvement. We wanted to find a way to provide homeowners with quality contractors at a competitive price by saving them the hassle of screening and “shopping around”. We ultimately wanted to save homeowner’s time and money.

We take all the guess work out of the home improvement process by screening our contractors, that way you don’t have to worry about them showing up on time, overcharging you, and cleaning up after the job is complete. We take care of all that for you. We are your one-stop shop.

SHANE TJADEN – Team Manager

Shane received a bachelor’s degree in Business with a Real Estate major from St. Cloud State University, MN. He was a member of the Real Estate Association and actively involved in entrepreneur seminars. Shane has been a licensed residential appraiser since 2006. His expertise is residential appraisal and knows value adding solutions for your home. He is very knowledgeable in every aspect of the home improvement process.

Feed my starving children Who We Are

3 Bids donates a percentage of its proceeds to Feed My Starving Children.  We donate a percentage of every job in the homeowner’s name or from 3 Bids name if the homeowner prefers not to have the donation in their name.  3 Bids wants to give back and help children in need!  What a great way to give back!
