3-Bids will provide 3 FREE Estimates and  consultation for homeowners looking to make home improvements. Our contractors are prescreened quality contractors.

The reason we provide multiple contractors is so that you don’t have to spend time “shopping around.”  The second reason is to save you money by having the contractors compete against one another ultimately driving down the price of your home improvement. We want to be your one stop shop!

The Process

2. We set up an appointment with you to meet in person and go over the details of your home improvement.  (find out your needs, show you the style and colors of materials, measure your house)
3. 3-Bids receive labor estimates from contractors.
4. 3-Bids sets up an appointment to sit down with you to review the estimates.
5. You decide on the estimate that best suits your home improvement needs!
6. First payment is due to 3-Bids at start of project.
7. We contact the contractor to get started on your project.
8. 3-Bids will stay in touch and answer any questions that you may have throughout the home improvement process and make sure you are satisfied with the completion of the project.
